Game Access

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited right and license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device owned or controlled by you.

Game Rules and Policies

You agree to follow all rules and policies applicable to the Game, including codes of conduct. We may update the rules and policies at any time. If you fail to comply, we may terminate your account and prohibit you from using the Game.

Your Content

You are responsible for your use of the Game and all activity that occurs under your account. You will not share objectionable, false, inaccurate, or misleading content. We may remove any content or terminate your account without prior notice if we determine it violates these Terms or our policies.

Digital Rights Management

The Game may contain digital rights management technology to control access to content and prevent unauthorized use. You agree not to circumvent or disable this technology.

In-Game Virtual Currency and Items

You may gain access to in-game currency ("virtual currency") or items by playing the game or paying real money. They are licensed to you, not sold, and can only be used in connection with the Game. Virtual currency and item balances are non-transferable and do not hold real world value.

Termination

This Terms will continue until your access is terminated by us or we cease providing the Game. We reserve the right to terminate your access and account at any time for any reason.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.

Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE GAME IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE YEAR BEFORE THE LIABILITY AROSE.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top when we make changes. Your continued use of the Game signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
